Child Service Coordination
All heath department services are provided without regard to race, color, national origin, disability or handicap. All patient services are confidential as required by North Carolina law.
Case management services for children birth to 3 years of age identified as being at risk for developmental delay, and ages birth to 5 years for children diagnosed with developmental delay or physical disability. There are no income requirements.
