Monday - Friday  8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

About Transportation:

Arranging for clients who have been certified for Medicaid transportation to enable them to get to medical appointments. Title XX transportation enables clients to have access to medical appointments, allows them to shop at the grocery store and pay their monthly bills.
