Union County Television was launched in June 2007. UCTV 16 airs on cable Channel 16. UCTV 16 provides information about Union County government, including broadcast of taped County Commissioner meetings, meeting announcements, job openings, County activities and events, and much more.
 

Channel 16 is continuously updated with new information and videos. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the Public Information Officer at 704-283-3546.

Union County's YouTube channel features videos of County meetings and videos promoting County programs and services.  Citizens who don't get UCTV 16 can watch YouTube to view Planning Board and Board of Adjustment meetings, videos about County services and programs, “What’s News in Union County” and other programs about transportation in North Carolina, news from the General Assembly and public service announcements.

**Time Warner customers in Union County who receive the Mecklenburg County Government Channel can view Union County Board of Commissioner meetings at 6 p.m. on Fridays and 1 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
