There are five electrical inspectors who are responsible for the inspection of electrical work in both residential and commercial construction as well as electrical plan review for commercial projects. These inspectors perform a variety of inspections on new residential, additions to residential structures, accessory building, mobile homes, commercial building, etc. Examples of the inspections performed are saw service, rough electrical inspection, final electrical inspections, all inspections involved in the setup of mobile homes, etc. One electrical inspector is solely responsible for the inspection of schools.
