Union County is soliciting information from potential vendors regarding available Tier 1 Computer Help Desk solutions. Our main priority is to acquire solution(s) that will allow us provide end-user computer and applications support to include: password resets; printer support; Microsoft Office and Adobe questions; Basic Operating System questions such as how to move a file, create shortcut, rename file, etc.; and new computer configuration and installation in the most efficient and effective ways possible. The County is seeking information on service models available to assist in the formation of an RFP for such services to be issued at a later date.
