To complete a shelter reservation, please submit a request using the form below. Reservations are accepted Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and must be received a minimum of 48 hours in advance.Reservation requests are taken Monday – Friday (excluding Holidays) 8:30am-4:30pm.
Shelter, Canopy, Gazebo, rates will be free Monday – Friday (excluding Holidays). ($4 reservation fee still applies.)
Additional Fee for after hours rental: $40/hr. (maximum 2 hrs; must be pre-arranged through Operation Center).
To protect the parks environment from over-use, there are a limited number of picnic sites available in any given area. Personal portable grills are allowed only on established sites where picnic tables are located. Residue from personal portable grills may not be dumped on Park grounds and requires proper disposal. Contact the Duty Ranger for hot coal/ash disposal. (DO NOT PLACE COALS IN DUMPSTERS!)
A reservation made less than 2 weeks in advance must be paid in full at the time reservation is made. Reservations may be made up to 4:30pm on the day before your event, if paid in full.
Clean up and damage costs will be billed when necessary.

Billing services and tickets may be provided with advance requests. (RENTAL COST DOES NOT INCLUDE ENTRANCE FEE.)
The person renting the shelter is responsible for knowing the park closing time when making a reservation.
All facilities do not have water or electricity. Please check status of such prior to paying rental fees.
A (non-refundable) administrative fee of $4.00 will be charged for each reservation request and for each change that is requested after the initial reservation has been completed.
Cancellation requests must be made in person, letter, or fax and received no later than 4:30pm on the day prior to the reservation. Credits may be issued for an approved cancellation. NO REFUNDS!
